Beautiful Butterflies Cards

ok. I have to start by apologizing for the sentiment on this card being out of focus. Good Lord! Apparently my camera only wanted to focus on the beautiful gold layer on this card. I am so sorry. Trust me, it’s gorgeous in real life and I actually stamp clean. lol.

This is our new Beautiful Butterflies Bundle. This bundle includes the stamps, dies and folder. I love these bundles. It includes a butterfly die that actually fits in the center of the folder that will cut and emboss that image at the same time. That’s pretty Neat!

The cards today are all featuring the large butterfly die, shown below the card above. The die has lines at the top that you line up with your center fold of your base card. That’s pretty neat, too!! And super easy!! (for some odd reason this die is not shown in the pic below with the rest of the die cuts.)

To cut the Butterfly, you simply lay the cardstock, flat on the cutting pad (not folded), line up the markings on the die with the fold on your cardstock and run it through your die cutting machine. Wa La!!!

For the center, white butterfly.. it will cut the same size butterfly as the top one on this card. I used a paper snips to trim down the wings so it will fit right below the layer of printed paper.

You can see on all of the cards that I used the butterfly folder to dry emboss pretty butterflies on the designer papers. I am loving the ‘happy BIRTHDAY’ sentiment from the Keeping Tabs stamp set for this card! It fits perfectly in the label die from the Beautiful Butterflies Hybrid Folder/Dies set.

The Fresh Fressia paper that I used here, comes from the Beautiful Bokeh DSP.
