Yayyy!!! Our Butterflies and Flowers Layering Decorative Masks are back in stock and they are so much fun to play with! These are offered in our current 2022 January – June Mini Catalog and will be available through June.
For today’s cards, I used the bottom row of masks or stencils.
Today’s cards are designed to coordinate with some fun envelopes I found at one of my favorite paper stores in Milwaukee. You might say, I’m a little obsessed with collecting fun envelopes. The trending slimline cards are fun to create, too.
I started the layout with a soft background using the pretty floral stencil with Petal Pink Ink. The flowers were added in stages, using several removable pieces of paper to avoid ink going over the edges ( when using the blending brushes, I tend to make big circles, lol). Plus, by using the sticky notes, it prevents the mask from moving around. The stencils/masks are somewhat clear, so it’s easy to see through to any previous design.
By creating multiple card tops with the left side open, you can add any sentiment to the open space. Here I created a Birthday card using the Word Wishes Dies and stamps. These stamps are sold out but the Dies are still available through May 2nd. Don’t miss your chance to get those!
