Today’s cards are made with the Snowflake Wishes Bundle and the Snowflake Splendor Paper found in the Aug-Dec Mini Catalog along with the Velveteen Paper and the Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon found in the Annual Catalog.
I shifted the top layer to the right, just a smidgen to show more of the embossed snowflakes from below. The bow is made to the furthest left of the top layer to leave room for the stitched scalloped rectangle. The top layer is popped up with dimensionals. What I did before I actually put the top layer down was attached the scalloped rectangle, first, so I knew there would be room for a slice of color below it.
The Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon is perfect with any snowflake project! It’s just full of snow! It is so soft and airy and I love how flat it lays for mailings.
These are both perfect to send after Christmas as thank you cards or just some great Happy Mail on a Wintery day.
The purple snowflakes are cut from the Highland Heather sheet from the Colored Velveteen Paper Pack. This paper is so soft and pretty and I love the texture it gives to the cards. Oh, and it cuts beautifully with our dies.
