Sending huge tight hugs to you during this time of uncertainty. ❤️
This is a card that I designed for all of my March classes before they were all abruptly cancelled because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. The church that I use for my classes has closed their doors through April (it decided to close on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020) to prevent people gathering and spreading the virus. They say we should document these times for historic purposes, so, that’s what I am trying to do. We are all good here and I am staying busy crafting in our home. I hope you are doing well, too. ❤️
I have four cards designed for this month’s classes that I will try to share with you over the next several days. I had all of my card kits packaged up for my classes.
I typically prepare 40 sets of cards for my classes. I will now get into ‘bulk stamping’ mode to create all of these cards as Thank You’s for my customers and to have on hand for Happy Mail.
Dimensions to layers used:
Petal Pink base Card: 11″ x 4 1/4″ – fold in half
Soft Sea Foam Vellum – 1 5/8″ x 5″
Whisper While layer for Vellum – 1 3/4″ x 5 1/4″
Whisper White layer for Tulip – 2″ x 4 3/4″
Petal Pink Striped Organdy Ribbon – 16″
Whisper White scrap to stamp Tulip and Label.
Please don’t judge 😂… I made my second full video for you with tips and tricks to make this card. Take a peek and stamp along with me to create the beautiful two-toned tulip on today’s cards. It is totally unedited and I know I flubbed up a little tad. Don’t be afraid to leave a comment below if you have any questions on anything I may have left out.
You can also stamp a second tulip on this card seen here. My tip is to stamp the smaller tulip first, before the stems. If you stamp the stems first, your tulip may end off the edge of the paper.
I hope you enjoyed today’s cards. Stamping is such a stress reliever and it’s a wonderful hobby to have during these stressful times.

Nice job Ann- brought a smile, thank you!
I sent 8 (plus) cards to friends this week using the March Paper Pumpkin. I used the stamp
“ No matter the weather (I crossed it out and wrote VIRUS) , we are in this together “
And wished everyone
HAPPY SPRING, HAPPY EASTER!
hoping it will bring a smile to them.
