Falling for Leaves – Copper Love

So, So in Love with how this turned out!!! First of all… I am SO excited that Copper is Back!!!  I can’t get enough of it, and of course, Fall is the perfect time to get a little overload of Copper going in your projects.  Also, check out this fabulous bundle that you can order:

So excited to start using our new Big Shot Embossing Mats!!! These are designed to create beautiful, dry embossed images with any of your thin dies.   This is how I layered my mats to make the beautiful leaf for today’s project ⬇️

This is a two-step leaf.  Use the Embossing Mats for embossing, then use the regular cutting mats with the thin outline of the leaf die to cut it out.  I was pleasantly surprised that the design didn’t flatten out when running it through the Big Shot for a second time to cut it out.

I really struggled to show the true beauty of this card and all it’s shimmer!   You can see the flecks on the base card and hopefully the Soft Suede corrugated layer and leaves, too.  For this, I mixed our Bright Copper Shimmer Paint with Rubbing Alcohol for a beautiful Copper Spray in our Spritzer!❤️  I used 3-4 drops of the shimmer painting fill the tube up with Rubbing Alcohol.

Oh My Goodness… AND check out the beautiful Copper / Merry Merlot Satin Ribbon!!! This, too, is much prettier in person.
