Simply Easy Any Occasion Card

Grapefruit Grove or Crumb Cake???  Which do you prefer?

So many pretty colors are found in our Share What You Love DSP… I bet this card would be amazing made with Rich Razzleberry, Tranquil Tide or Mint Macaron!!! 😍  Check out the full stack of pretty papers in this pack…  I think the Polka Dot paper would work perfect for this card, too 😍

Take a closer look at some of the layered details…

I always struggle trying to capture the beauty of our Shimmery White Cardstock!!!  The Butterfly is cut out of this beautiful paper on this card.  Check out the layer of Vellum Cardstock and Copper Metallic Thread beneath the butterfly.

Here’s a few little mounting tips… To start… I used a little Snail-Adhesive to hold the Copper Thread in place.  Next I drew a line of Multipurpose Liquid Glue on the Vellum Cardstock, that will be covered up by the pretty Velvet Ribbon (which I also used the liquid glue on).  I used the Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the head and tail of the butterfly to give it a little pop over the ribbon.  Always good to have different adhesives on hand!!!
