Autism is the fastest growing disability among children in the US!
Fact #9. Boys are 4 times more likely to have Autism than girls
In fact, this card has been designed with a close friend’s son in mind. He indeed has a black bike, excels in his studies, loves school, loves to wear bow ties and Loves his sweet labrador retriever ❤ The red wood background represents the barn at their home that they love to spend time in.
It’s sad to think of how many young adults with Autism are unable to drive, let alone, ride a bike. It may be the only mode of transportation for many… 🚲
I chose to use the Bike Ride Bundle (#145314) for my card because when I ride, I feel free! And it is my hopes to raise funds to help find a cure to free everyone affected with Autism ❤
One little detail on this card… I used brads to attach the frame of the bike to the wheels. This allows the wheels to spin, creating an interactive card.
