This was a fun gift to create for the future Mom that didn’t know the sex of her baby. I love to create gifts to match the interest of the receivers! For this one I was inspired by the design of a Grocery Cart Seat Cover that the couple registered for…
I also realized from the gift registry that there was an elephant theme used for the baby’s room so I pulled out one of my favorite old SU! stamp sets for this one. I made a set of 20 card bases with the Arrows Embossing Folder to match the seat cover. I then made two sets of embellishments to add to the cards after the baby is born. Using Mint Macaron and Melon Mambo for the elephants gives the lucky couple options.
To make it easy for the Mom to assemble the cards, I put a little strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive (#138995) on every embellishment. This is a double sided adhesive allowing future application. I then took the embellishments and layered them on a piece of cardstock with a removable adhesive, so they would be pretty to display in the gift box.
Kelly Loved the gift! Yeah! Good Luck to Kelly & Frank ‘A’ on the arrival of your new precious baby ❤️
