Instructions: Use a 2.75″ square piece of white cardstock and cover it with Washi Tape. Use the large balloon die from the Balloon Framelits set (#137362) to cut out the perfect Balloon! Also, cut out a tassel for the balloon, with a die from this set. Stamp the card with Crushed Curry using the stamps from the coordinating stamp set to create the banner and balloon tail image. Cut a circle out of a Glassine Sheet to use above the stamped banner. Layer the printed paper onto the Glassine circle edge.
