So Pretty… New Card and Stampin’ Up! Retiring List

I Love this new card.  Such pretty, soft colors, yet enough to brighten anyone’s day!  Hope you are inspired to create a card like this and send a smile  🙂

If you have been following my posts, you have figured out that I am a scrap hoarder…lol.  So, the whisper white rectangles used on this card are ‘windows’ from the Hearth and Home Thinlits Dies (#139666).  Here is a little reminder of where they came from…

These little rectangles are so perfect for projects like this!!!  I had to create a card once I realized the perfect size of the ice cream cones and flowers from our Birthday Bouquet DSP (#140557).  Here are some dimensions of the layers I used:

1″ Vellum Cardstock (run thru Softly Falling Folder)

1/4″ Strips of Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper

1/2″ Strips of White Corrugated Paper

1 1/4″-1 1/2″ Strips of Birthday Bouquet DSP base paper

I used White Glimmer tape from SAB but you could use Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper for this layer.
