Valentine Card from Wisconsin

Only with layers of snow do you get the true feel of Valentine’s Day in Wisconsin!

I layered the snow on this card by using the stamps in the Sheltering Tree set with the White Craft pad and White and Iridescent Ice Embossing powders.  I also added a little snow to some branches with a two way glue pen and more Iridescent Ice powder.
