Whether you prefer the silver or gold as an accent to your projects, we got it!!! Anything you see used in this card can also be made with gold. Lately, anything goes. The flowers are made with layers of Filter paper. This is thin, delicate paper that you can easily punch or cut with dies, several layers at a time. With the flowers on this card I used 6 layers of the filter paper. After I punched out the flowers, I layered with glue dots, and scrunched them up for a more vintage look. Top them off with a rhinestone to hide the glue dots and your are good to go.
For the saying on this card, I embossed it with white craft ink and white embossing powder on Sahara Sand cardstock. The Fancy Foil Designer Vellum includes this cute silver heart design. Perfect for a wedding card! Hiding adhesive under vellum is always a trick. The hearts on this vellum work perfect with glue dots!!! I used 5 glue dots under select hearts to keep this top layer in place. Don’t forget the simple strip of silver foil on the left side of the card.
