I needed to make a little trip out of town so on my way out I grabbed the Color Me Happy Project Kit my box of Stampin’ Blends with the Tuxedo Black Momento ink pad and a few of my favorite new stamp sets. This first card uses the stunning flower from the Beautiful Day stamp set.
I am excited to share some of the cards I made with this project kit along with the new Beautiful Day stamp set and the Petal Palette stamp set in the next several blog posts. Be sure to SUBSCRIBE by email so you don’t miss anything… I hope you follow along…
Stampin’ Up! kits are so easy to use… This kit, for example, has all the paper and embellishments (bakers twine, sequins, gold tape & blue tassels) you need to make 16 cards with beautiful envelopes. All of the samples shown here were made with the Color Me Happy stamp set but I used other stamps!(Ok… I did use the ‘OH HELLO’ stamp from the Color Me Happy stamp set on both cards.) Also, this kit was designed to co-ordinate with some of our new Stampin’ Blends markers.
This card uses the same pre-cut paper and embellishments with the Petal Palette rose stamp. Our beautiful two toned Stampin’ Blends markers make coloring so easy. For both cards I used the Pink Pirouette and the Old Olive Combo Packs. You can purchase each marker individually or in a Combo Pack to include the light and dark marker. Click on this “Stampin’ Blends” to download the flyer OR Click on the “2018 Occasions Catalog” to see them on page 31 along with new stamp sets used on both cards.
